Forest Bathing with Ian Napper

Join NHH-UT and Ian Napper, educator, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and a level 1 Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide for forest bathing at Miller Bird Refuge on June 9th!

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a practice of immersing oneself in a forest environment to promote mental and physical well-being through mindful, sensory engagement with nature.

The forest bathing practice will last for 1.5 hours and the group will meet in the middle entrance halfway up Bonneview Drive across from the LDS Church.

This event will be open to the public, but NHH-UT members will get priority registration. Sign up now as the event can only accommodate 15 people!
