January Updates

Membership Meetings: Unfortunately, December's meeting was cancelled due to weather but we will be planning to reschedule the stargazing events, please stay up to date on our website for more information. Moving forward, we will have quarterly membership meetings.

Nature and Health Community Fair: Exciting news! We're gearing up for an inaugural Nature and Health Community Fair during Black Birders Week. Details are in the works, and we're eager to hear your thoughts. Let us know if you have specific interests or ideas or if you’re interested in volunteering for this event.

Pilot Grant Proposals: We've received a fantastic response to the RFP with 15 high-quality proposals. This month, we're diving into the review process. Awards announcement coming your way by January 31st! The topics range from basic NHH research to nature programming for underserved groups and community-based tree planting on the west side, etc.
